Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are only refundable if the appointment is canceled by the service provider or if the client provides a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, in which case the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment. No-Show Policy: Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
